Warranty, Replace and Refund Policy

We will replace, or fix, at our option, any unit we sell that wears out or breaks under warranty. For 1-Year Warranty items, your warranty starts on the day you buy the part and expires in 365 days. Our 1 Year no hassle return policy stands for all parts purchased as long as the unit has never been installed and is returned in its original box. We will gladly repair, replace or exchange a unit if there is a mistake when the unit is ordered. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. To obtain a replacement unit, contact us or dial toll free at 1-800-272-8755  to arrange return shipping. The warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation and abuse.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CRANK-N-CHARGE FOR ANY WARRANTIED PART, AND CRANK-N-CHARGE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CRANK-N-CHARGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

All of CNC's parts, except those mentioned previously, are covered by our Limited Warranty. The length of CNC's Limited Warranty is 365 days for all new starters and alternators but varies with each battery related part.
